Terms of Use for Video- Audio- and Multimedia-Lessons
All video, audio, multimedia and any other lessons are protected by copyright and may only be displayed for personal use. Any use beyond this, e.g. public display or demonstration, commercial use and especially any storage on any media (e.g. hard disks, DVD, etc.), requires explicit written agreement of the holder of the copyrights. It is expressly prohibited to make copies of the videos - this applies also for private use. All videos are individualized. Illegal copies can be traced back to their origin.

The user agrees that Homeoversity may collect user data among other things with the help of cookies, process and use those data, since this is necessary for the recognition of users registered and accepted by Homeoversity. Cookies are small text files stored on the hard disk of the user, as long as the browser allows the setting of cookies in order to recognize the user.

The user can revoke this consent at any time and disallow the setting of cookies by changing the settings of his browser accordingly. Homeoversity points to the fact that the use of the website then will possible only in a limited way.
