He teaches this series of Materia Medica seminars in several countries, but also in The Netherlands where he currently is doing his 3rd seminar in this MM series.
He teaches the Materia Medica according to how Hering advised: Farokh calls it “teaching the Materia Medica according to the Herings’s method”. Hering advised to take several approaches, one it to always study a next remedy in comparison to other remedies ‘in a certain group’.

Luc is known for his success with severe and extreme cases, not only physical diseases but especially with severe Mental/Emotional problems, like with severe Autism cases. His success lies in the fact that he developed over his long homeopathic career a deep insight into successful case analysis. With this schema you will have a clear insight what you should be on the lookout for, a clear guide what to prescribe for and what not. In his book Advanced Clinical Guide ‘Chapter 6: The Core Delusion’ he explains in detail how the unconscious is the real guide to select the successful remedy.
During case taking you often see the (superficial) M/E symptoms easily, but if you prescribe on these most probably you will fail, because you will come to a ‘simile’, and not the real ‘simillimum’.
In the modern western world our emotions are often so deeply suppressed, that often the patient himself will not be able to make the connection between the original trauma and his current symptoms. Even more difficult it can be for cases of children, where the trigger (the causation) often lies in the period of the pregnancy.

The homeopath should ask himself 11 questions after taking the patient’s case. If these questions are answered correctly, then finding the simillimum is not far off.
Once these questions are successfully answered, different aspects of the patient will become clear, for example: the seat of the disease, the prognosis, the predominant miasmatic influence, the causalities, the different layers, the core delusion or main motivation behind the patient’s behaviour, the patient’s temperament and constitution, and the source of energy leakage.
These 11 questions guide the homeopathic practitioner to a correct or precise answer and give him confidence in his prescription, which brings success to the practice and happiness to the patient.

In this short 20 minutes video Luc presents a short 'severe cough & ear infection' case. He did not have much symptoms to prescribe on, because the case was presented via email. So he used the 'Croup Remedies of Von Boenninghausen'. It is good to know this series of three remedies if ever you might be confronted with such an acute situation with few symptoms in your own practice.
Further Luc points out shortly that you really need to treat 'a real acute situation' even if it occurs during chronic treatment. It is a mistake to continue with the chronic remedy. Here you can read a longer description of this video.

Alize has been in homeopathic practice since 1980 and began teaching in 1986. She established the Hahnemann Institute of the Netherlands in 1988. Since 1992 Alize has lectured and taught throughout Scandinavia, the European Union, North America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Israel. She works closely with other teachers, including Jeremy Sherr, Jan Scholten, Corrie Hiwat and Alfred Geukens.

But he also took care not to include inappropriate entries in the rubrics – the kind of thing that can show up on automated searches merely because of some tricky language issue. For example, a materia medica search using the search word embarrassment will yield remedies mentioned as NOT being embarrassed.
This new repertory has been so helpful in Jeremy's own practice that he created a software version – and made it available as a module for RADAR.
The Tanzania project
In 2008, Jeremy began working in Tanzania on the Homeopathy for Health in Africa project, specifically intended to help patients with AIDS.

Anne Vervarcke has developed her own style of practice, the AV Method, based on her 20-years of accumulated teaching experience, seminar attendance, and investigation in her private practice. The AV method is based primarily on the work of Rajan Sankaran, combined with classical knowledge and insights from phenomenology and linguistics.
She coordinates international trainings and seminars, teaches in the CKH, offers post graduate seminars, a Master Class, and online training.
